The BAM announces a major partnership of $200,000

			PRESS RELEASE
A Major $200,000 Contribution to Support the Mission of the Memphremagog Food Bank
Magog, October 30, 2025 – The Memphremagog Food Bank (BAM) is pleased to announce a major partnership and financial contribution of $200,000 over a period of three to five years, from the residential development initiatives Sommets Galvin Heights and Domaine des 54, both located in Austin.
This significant commitment reflects the desire of the business leaders behind these projects to take a more active role within the community. After learning about the BAM’s work during a food and fundraising event organized in 2021, they began volunteering with the organization. Today, they are reaffirming their support by becoming Honorary Partners of the BAM.
“This partnership demonstrates the strength of the corporate community when it chooses to mobilize in support of local families. Thanks to this donation, we will be able to continue our mission and respond to needs that, unfortunately, keep increasing,” said Karine Beaupré, Executive Director of the Memphremagog Food Bank.
Beyond financial support, Sommets Galvin Heights and Domaine des 54 have also pledged to actively participate in the BAM’s initiatives over the coming years. This engagement aims to foster a genuine movement of solidarity in the region, uniting businesses, citizens, and partners around the fight against food insecurity, allowing the BAM to continue thinking big.
