Frequently asked questions
First, you need to create an account on the Signature Pro platform by following this link.
Afterwards, you will be able to access our auction and place bids on the items of your choice.
The auction will start on October 9 at 9:00 AM and end on October 23 at 9:00 PM.
The names of the winners will only be announced at the end of the auction, on October 23 at 9:00 PM.
Increase your chances of winning by using the AUTOMATIC BID option. The system will bid for you up to the maximum amount you set. Afterwards, you will receive a notification asking if you want to continue bidding.
The BAM will contact the winners within 5 business days (October 24 to 30).
Item pick-up will take place at our offices located at 581 Sherbrooke Street in Magog between October 31 and November 21.
Bids exceeding 120% of the lot’s value are eligible for a tax receipt. For example, for a lot valued at $100 purchased for $120, you will receive a tax receipt for $20. For philanthropic lots, the entire amount paid is, of course, eligible for a 100% receipt.
