From October 9 to 25, treat yourself, spoil your loved ones, and help BAM feed even more local families. Every item sold is a real, concrete gesture for our community.

Frequently asked questions
First, you need to create an account on the Signature Pro platform by following this link.
Afterwards, you will be able to access our auction and place bids on the items of your choice.
The auction will start on October 9 at 8:00 AM and end on October 25 at 8:00 PM.
The names of the winners will only be announced at the end of the auction, on October 23 at 9:00 PM.
Increase your chances of winning by using the AUTOMATIC BID option. The system will bid for you up to the maximum amount you set. Afterwards, you will receive a notification asking if you want to continue bidding.
You will be contacted by a member of the Memphremagog Food Bank within 5 business days following the end of the auction to arrange pickup of your item(s) at the BAM office, by appointment, between November 2 and 23, 2026.
Bids exceeding 120% of the lot’s value are eligible for a tax receipt. For example, for a lot valued at $100 purchased for $120, you will receive a tax receipt for $20. For philanthropic lots, the entire amount paid is, of course, eligible for a 100% receipt.
