Service Réseau Urgence Énergie Estrie (RUÉE)
This service offers people living in the Memphrémagog MRC who have received a notice of service interruption the possibility of receiving monetary assistance to help pay for part of the cost of their electricity bill. This service is available only once in a person's lifetime.
The Food Bank's role is to evaluate the requests and forward them to the ACEF de l'Estrie, which approves our recommendation and forwards the amounts granted to the suppliers.
Sometimes I really do not know which way to turn, and that is when the BAM becomes essential to me.
